Almonds- 1 cup

Peanuts- 1 cup

Cardamom pods- 4

  • If you are using the whole jaggery, in a pan, put some water and the whole jaggery. Make a syrup by stirring it on low heat.
  • Now, roast flax seeds, peanuts, and almonds lightly and then grind them. Alternatively, you can use the powder too.
  • In a big bowl, add all the powders and ghee, and cardamom. Add jaggery powder or syrup and mix it well.
  • Now, make laddu. Scoop a little mix in your hand and roll it to make a small circular ball.

Sesame seeds laddu recipe

  • White sesame seeds- 1 cup
  • Jaggery powder or syrup- 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut- ½ cup

Sesame seeds laddu recipe:

  • In a pan, roast white sesame seeds till they change colour. In a separate pan, roast desiccated coconut.
  • Make jaggery syrup following the above recipe.
  • Now, you can either ground the sesame seeds along with coconut. Or use them whole. 
  • Add jaggery syrup to it and make small balls before it cools down.
  • Eat one or two laddu a day in winters to get all its benefits.

  • Cardamom- 2-3 pods

  • First, dry roast all seeds and almonds separately and grind them. 
  • Dry roast gram flour and keep it separately
  • Crush cardamom seeds to make powder
  • In a big pan or cauldron, add ghee and all the ground seeds powder. Also, add almond and gram flour.
  • Mix them well and add 1 cup of the whole jaggery in it. Reduce or increase the quantity as per your choice.

  • Finely chop raisins and dates after deseeding the dates.
  • In a pan, dry roast almonds till it turns color and is aromatic.
  • In a grinder, add both almonds and chia seeds to make a fine powder.
  • Add chopped dates and raisins to it and pulse till it has a dough-like consistency.

Pumpkin seeds laddu recipe

  • Cashew- ½ cup
  • Almonds- ½ cup
  • Desiccated coconut- ½ cup

  • Dry roast all nuts and dry fruits till they turn aromatic. Grind them together in powder form.
